1 kg of white glutinous rice flour
650 grams of brown sugar
paper or banana leaves to wrap

How to Make Dodo Amurang Typical Manado:
boiled brown sugar with enough water to boiling and dissolve, let stand until warm
enter into a container of white glutinous rice flour and knead glutinous rice flour with half the brown sugar boiling water little by little until the dough is enough to be formed
add remaining boiling water brown sugar gradually while diuleni again until the dough is well blended
wrap the dough with paper or leaves (do to finish)
