Recipes And How To Make Fried Noodles Hokkien Specials


Raw materials Fried Noodles Hokkien:


- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Onions, thinly sliced 1/2 fruit
- Scallions, thinly sliced 2 stalks
- Yellow noodles 100 gr
- Chicken meatballs, sliced 10 pieces
- Shrimp, peel 10 pieces
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sambal Sauce 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Carrots, thinly sliced lengthwise 1 piece

Softened seasoning :

- 3 cloves garlic
- Pecan 2 eggs

HOW TO MAKE :

     Heat oil and sesame oil and stir-fry all ingredients until fragrant. Enter the shrimp and meatballs, stir until cooked.
     Add yellow noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce and stir well.
     Add all ingredients. Then cook until all perfectly cooked, remove from heat and serve while warm.
