Ingredients
700 g chicken, diced
1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
70 cc + 2 tablespoons chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tsp orange zest (or orange peel slices)
100 cc of lemon juice
black pepper powder
1/4 tsp dried grated ginger
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
scallions and sesame seeds as a topping
How to make
1. Saute the chicken using canola oil, add salt and pepper powder. Cook until meat chicken is cooked, set aside.
2. To make the sauce, saute garlic first, turn off the heat. Add lime juice, orange zest, 70 cc of chicken broth, onion powder, honey, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and vinegar. Add a little salt and pepper. Turn on medium heat. Next, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons chicken broth, then enter it in the sauce mixture. Stir until boiling and thickened.
3. Enter the pieces of chicken meat that has been cooked above, mix until blended with the sauce.
