Ingredients and seasonings:
7 eggs
50 ounces green beans, finely sliced
50 g cabbage, finely sliced
50 g carrots, cut into small pieces
50 ounces broccoli, roughly chopped
1 leek, finely sliced
1 piece of curly red chili, cut askew
1 piece of curly green chili, cut askew
1/4 onion, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
How to make:
Mix all the above ingredients and stir until blended.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat.
Pour batter fried egg in a frying pan and aduk2 until half cooked. let stand briefly until cooked. Turn and let stand again until the other side of the omelet cooked.
Finished, remove and serve as a side dish vegetable omelet healthy.
