Scrambled Eggs Super Vegetable Recipes Healthy

Resep Telur Dadar Sayur Super Sehat

Vegetable omelet recipe can be an alternative for children who are not fond of eating vegetables. As we know, the vegetables extremely important for health. Because it is, we must be smart to cultivate vegetables in order to remain favored.
Ingredients and seasonings:

    
7 eggs
    
50 ounces green beans, finely sliced
    
50 g cabbage, finely sliced
    
50 g carrots, cut into small pieces
    
50 ounces broccoli, roughly chopped
    
1 leek, finely sliced
    
1 piece of curly red chili, cut askew
    
1 piece of curly green chili, cut askew
    
1/4 onion, roughly chopped
    
1/4 teaspoon pepper
    
1/4 tsp sugar
    
1 1/4 tsp salt
How to make:

    
Mix all the above ingredients and stir until blended.
    
Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat.
    
Pour batter fried egg in a frying pan and aduk2 until half cooked. let stand briefly until cooked. Turn and let stand again until the other side of the omelet cooked.
    
Finished, remove and serve as a side dish vegetable omelet healthy.
